1-Hour Semi-Private (Buddy Boxing) Personal Training Session
Personal training for two can be a great way to save money by splitting the cost of a session. Depending on your individual needs, your trainer can develop a thorough workout routine. Some people love this for light sparring sessions.
Enjoy a 1-hour semi-private training session using active interval drills using the same equipment and training coaches use to get fighters in peak form. Focus mitt, heavy bag, cardio and strength drills. If you haven't already requested a date and time with a trainer via our online FORM, please do so. It is located near the bottom on the linked page.
NOTE: Each person must pay for the session for it to be properly booked. Price is $25 per person.
